Anne Heller
Anne Heller has over twenty years of experience in local, state and federal governments as well as the not-for-profit sector. Her inspiration for launching Power of Two came from her most recent experience overseeing the homeless shelter system for families in New York City. Among other accomplishments, she was founder and CEO of HealthPass, a health insurance exchange for New York City small businesses and Executive Director of the Mayor’s Office of Health Access where she ran a nationally-recognized health insurance enrollment program. During her time in the Mayor’s office, she also led the creation of the City’s Disaster Assistance Center after 9/11.
